Booth Templates

These Booth templates are a great way to get started with a custom designed booth or exhibit. These can be built according to the planned template with customized colors or graphics applied to any surface you require. They can also be used as starting point for a larger exhibit that incorporates a variety of other elements.

Example: One idea that has been extremely successful is the use of one of these templates as the centerpiece of a tradeshow booth, with Tension Fabric Walls surrounding the back and/or sides of the exhibit area. (The phonic booth in the image carousel at the top of this page is a modified version of this idea.)

Transport Costs:
One important factor in all of these design templates is portability. In each case we designed these exhibits to breakdown into a very lightweight easy to transport package. This reduces your recurring expenses for transport and setup over the life of the exhibits use. This is a critical factor in what a portable exhibit actually costs. We strongly encourage our clients to carefully consider this in your exhibits design process. In some cases the cost of getting an exhibit to several shows and getting it setup can equal or exceed the actual cost of the exhibit. This is an important reason why we suggest using Tension Fabric Systems in every design area possible. In the long run you will get much more booth for your dollar, and a generally less stressful tradeshow experience.

Setup and Breakdown:
Another important cost consideration is exhibit setup and takedown. Due to safety regulations, in many places you are required to hire a specially trained crew to setup any suspended exhibit signage. The labor costs can be shocking. Is there another way to get the visual impact of overhead signage without the cost of suspended signage?

Yes there is! Notice that all of these templates include overhead signage elements, but none require suspension. We have carefully designed each booth template to allow you overhead signage visibility without the expense of suspension.
